Last winter I had a serious bedbug infestation in my condo. OIPC's quoted price was competitive so I chose them to solve my problem. They came out to do an in inspection, and did a preliminary evaluation/treatment while scheduling the first of a two part treatment plan. After the first treatment, there were still bugs as expected, but after the second three weeks later, ALL the bedbugs were gone. Chad, the service tech was very thorough in both the application of the chemicals and in helping me understand the process.

Dealt with these guys for removal of rats in our older home. Great customer service, easy to communicate with & solved our rat problem with ease. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a pest removal. Great job guys!!
