Last winter I had a serious bedbug infestation in my condo. OIPC's quoted price was competitive so I chose them to solve my problem. They came out to do an in inspection, and did a preliminary evaluation/treatment while scheduling the first of a two part treatment plan. After the first treatment, there were still bugs as expected, but after the second three weeks later, ALL the bedbugs were gone. Chad, the service tech was very thorough in both the application of the chemicals and in helping me understand the process.
Afterwards, the company followed-up to ensure I was fully satisfied, prepared to do extra treatment which was not necessary. I couldn't be more satisfied with this exterminator.
