We are an established Pest Control Company in business for over 19 years, we are seeking a highly motivated Technician who enjoys working independently in the field, building customer relationships, consulting with customers to find solutions and taking on new challenges every day.

Successful candidates will be responsible to deliver the highest quality pest management and consulting services to our customers. The ability to work independently, and as part of a team is essential. General responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for the day to day operation of a pest control route.
• Follow a daily route schedule, insuring timely arrival at each stop.
• Be able to climb ladders, basic handyman skills
• Discuss the scope of services provided with the customer.
• Utilize the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient pest solution for their customer’s needs.
• Work cooperatively with all departments and employees.
• Maintain clean and safe vehicles and drive courteously at all times.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualification/Requirements: The ideal candidate is independent, customer service/problem-solving oriented with exceptional time management skills, strong communication abilities and the desire to help promote environmental health and safety.

• Must be capable of obtaining a Structural Applicator Certificate
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Basic computer skills
• Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract
• Must have friendly and outgoing, professional demeanor, appearance and be capable of multi-tasking. Prior experience and a stable work record in field/route sales/service, handyman, contractor, roofing or other related background will be considered.

Prior experience in Pest Management is not necessary, but is a plus. We will train the right person who is motivated to start a new career.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $3,000.00 per month
